PERSONAL DATA

A prerequisite for initiating transactions between us is that you provide certain personal information. When you place an order, we will ask for your full name, the address to which the products will be shipped, your landline telephone number (or any other phone number you prefer for better service), your email address, etc. If you choose to pay by card, we will also request the card number and expiry date.

B-TECH, strictly following the principles of personal data protection provided by applicable laws and international conventions, will not proceed with any unfair use without your prior consent. dentist.gr does not disclose, publish, sell, or exchange the personal data and information you entrust to us. Exceptionally, your personal data may be disclosed by B-TECH, always following the legally prescribed procedure, when required by a public authority, a court, etc. You may also modify your personal details or limit/cancel the use of certain data by completing the relevant electronic form. For your security, your card number is not stored on our website; the transaction is carried out through the VIVA Bank website.

SECURITY

dentist.gr uses the SSL/TLS protocol with strong encryption for secure online commercial transactions. In this way, all your personal information is encrypted, including your card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read or altered during transmission over the Internet. SSL/TLS is a global standard for website authentication and for encrypting data between users and web servers. An encrypted SSL/TLS communication requires that all information sent between a client and a server is encrypted by the sending software and decrypted by the receiving software, thus protecting personal information during transmission. In addition, all information sent via SSL/TLS is protected by a mechanism that automatically verifies whether data has been altered during transmission.

PRICES OF PRODUCTS SOLD

Prices shown in the relevant catalogues next to each product include VAT, while prices do not include shipping costs. A prerequisite for this is that you are logged in and have selected your country so that the correct VAT is displayed. These prices correspond to quantities available in our stock, while dentist.gr reserves the right to adjust prices.

PAYMENT METHODS

To facilitate and serve everyone who wishes to purchase (only) from our store, dentist.gr offers the following alternative payment methods:

• By VISA or MASTERCARD debit/credit card issued by any bank. Payment is made through the VIVA Bank website. We do not store your card number.
• By bank deposit. In this case, your order is shipped after you email us at info@dentist.gr the deposit receipt. The bank account to which you can deposit funds is:

  IMPORTANT: Please include your name and order number in your bank transfer so we can match your order to your payment. Any bank fees for such transactions should not be borne by our company. An invoice is issued to companies and self-employed professionals provided they complete the following details during checkout: company name, VAT number, tax office, and profession (for self-employed professionals).
• Cash on delivery, with an additional charge of 9€.

PRICING – SUBSCRIPTION – RENEWALS

The prices displayed at checkout are the applicable prices at that time. Indicative prices (e.g. “Renewal 120€/year”) may be adjusted in the future due to cost changes, inflation, tax changes, or other circumstances.

If an annual subscription/renewal is required for services, updates, or support, renewal is performed based on the price in effect at the time of renewal. Relevant notice will be provided before renewal so you can decide whether you wish to continue.

SHIPPING METHOD – TIME – COST

Products will be shipped to the location you indicate via courier service. Shipping may be carried out via Hellenic Post for certain areas where courier delivery is not possible. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours if products are available in stock. For areas where courier delivery is not possible, shipping time is that provided by Hellenic Post. Shipments take place daily, except Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping costs are always added to the order total.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

dentist.gr provides a mechanism for cancelling an order (in whole or in part) that has already been placed. For any cancellation (whole or partial), you must call +30 2551071786 or send an email. This option is available until the moment we notify you that your order has been shipped. After that point, cancellation is not possible.

WITHDRAWAL – RETURNS

You have the right to return the products you purchased, free of charge, within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products. In that case, you are only responsible for the direct cost of returning the products. Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as received, i.e. they have not been unsealed or the packaging has not been tampered with, and accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice.

To avoid inconvenience, we recommend that you carefully check the condition of the delivered products and the integrity of the packaging at the time of delivery to identify any visible defects (e.g. damaged product, wrong item, etc.). To return products and receive the address for returns, you must contact us. In the event of returns, and depending on the payment method you chose and the method of return, your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY – BACKUPS

Use of the software is at the sole responsibility of the end user. B-TECH is not liable for data loss, lost profits, business interruption, or any direct or indirect damage that may arise from the use of, or inability to use, the software.

The end user must take regular backups of their data and periodically verify that backups are functional (test restore) to ensure that data can be recovered in the event of hardware failure, error, or any other incident.

The end user must also keep the software updated to the latest available version.

MISCELLANEOUS

1. Availability: For all products listed in the dentist.gr catalogues there are clear indications regarding stock availability. This allows you to easily determine before ordering which products are available and ready for immediate delivery. In any case, it must be made clear that the above delivery time also depends on product availability.
2. Force majeure: If, due to force majeure (e.g. severe weather conditions, strikes, etc.), it is not possible to deliver the products within the specified timeframe, we will inform you by email so you can let us know whether, under these circumstances, you wish to proceed with your order.
3. dentist.gr responsibility: If the delivered quantity is proven to contain a defective product, you retain the right to return it with the option of replacement at our shipping expense or a refund.
4. Amendment of these terms: dentist.gr reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions. B-TECH undertakes the obligation to update this text for any change or addition to the terms.
5. Refunds: In the event of order cancellation or product return, you have the right to request a refund. In this case, please contact our company and provide a bank account with VIVA BANK (the bank our company cooperates with) so the amount can be deposited. If your account is with another bank, you bear the bank transfer fees charged by that bank. In any case, the refund process is completed within 30 days.

ACCOUNT DELETION

You may request deletion of your account at any time through your account settings. When you delete your account:

• Your account will be immediately deactivated and you will no longer be able to log in with your credentials.
• Your email address will be released, allowing you to register again in the future if desired.
• Purchase history, invoices, and billing records will be retained as required by Greek tax legislation (Κώδικας Φορολογικής Διαδικασίας - ΚΦΔ). This is a legal requirement that we cannot waive, even upon request.
• Software licenses associated with your account will remain on record for audit and support purposes.

By using our services and making purchases, you acknowledge and accept that certain transaction data must be retained for legal compliance purposes even after account deletion.
